If you have been loaned a Pulse Oximeter or BP machine by the surgery, we would be grateful if you would please return it as soon as possible.
We have other patients that are in need of these precious resources.
We do not have capacity in the Admin team to contact patients who have been loaned equipment to remind them to return items to us.
Any equipment can be returned by handing it in at reception.
