This communication is to make patients aware that Dr Birte Morris will sadly be leaving Saltash Health Centre on 31st January 2023. Dr Morris has accepted the offer of an exciting new opportunity as Clinical Lead for the Acute GP Service at Derriford Hospital Plymouth.
We are sure you will join us in taking this opportunity to thank Dr Morris for her dedication to patient care whilst a GP at Saltash Health Centre over the last 23 years and wish her well in her new role.
Patients for whom Dr Morris is their named GP will be informed of their new doctor in due course.
