Our health coordinators are there to help you and anything you tell them will be in absolute confidence. They are able to book appointments for you and will do their best to arrange for you to see your own doctors or any other member of the team at a time that is convenient for you.

They carry out many varied jobs within the practice. They are not medically qualified and so please do not expect them to be able to give medical advice, however they may need to ask you some questions in order to direct you to the most appropriate service and best address your needs.

Please inform a health coordinator if you change your phone number or address so we can update our records. This will make contacting you much easier, for example about a test result, if necessary or in an emergency.
