The HANDi app aims to provide advice and support to parents and carers when your child is unwell. The app offers simple and straightforward advice and takes you through a series of questions about the symptoms your child is experiencing and then advises on the best course of action, whether that’s to treat at home, to make a GP appointment, or to head to A&E.
Download the HANDi App for Android phones at Google Play.
For iPhone or iPad you can download it from the app store or iTunes, using the search term ‘HANDi App’.

These days, ‘modern life’ can mean that we’re a lot less active. With so many opportunities to watch TV or play computer games, and with so much convenience and fast food available, we don’t move about as much, or eat as well as we used to. You’ve taken the first step towards getting yourself or your kids eating well, moving more and living longer just by being here, so welcome to Change4Life!
