| There will be one doctor in the practice who you will probably look upon as your “own” doctor; they will probably look after your entire family. Because they will know you well -and you them-it will usually be advantageous to see them. If your problem is urgent and your own doctor is unavailable because he is fully booked for that day or is away on a course or holiday, the receptionist will be happy to arrange for you to see the Nurse Practitioner or “on-call” Doctor who will deal with the urgent problem. |
